how to open .BIN file

Default how to open .BIN file

like in the topic, someone has dumped a fuel map from my EPROM, its file with .bin extension, I want to show the map to some people but I can't open it with CROME or am I using wrong software ??

you should be able to view it with a hex editor issue is its not pretty to look at, at all you will need to find what software was used to burn the chip, have you tried uberdata?

how old is this chip? are you using an odb1 ecu?

it was burn with chip burner from moates with I guess crome, I havent tried uberdata yet, I will do, the chip is sst 27sf512, ODB1 ecu

I have just tried uberdata 1.7

that is what I got



after that error and many more it managed to open it

save it as a .bin from the Burn2 (make sure you're using the right offsets for your chip) and try to import it into a new .bin
