Default how does throttle tip in work?

so im still working on that stupid lean throttle **** and having no luck. I went through everything up and down whatever I know.

so maybe I can start from seemingly unrelated things and possibly narrow it down.

what I haven't checked so far is

alternator
dash wiring harness.
underdash fuse box.

can any of those affect throttle tip in and make it lean out.

every time I step on throttle its at 16.8afr. I thought it was only at certain rpm but now it seems like its at low rpm during light throttle tip in.
and sometimes if I try to smash off the light. it feels like it missed a beat and bogs down all the way until 4000 rpm. other times it rips like a normal gsr would.
and the problem only appears as it gets closer to normal operating temp.

installed wideband back in today and drove around. took it through the whole rpm range and vacuum range and afr is on point everywhere else. except that low rpm low throttle acceleration.

I already talked to all the car guys I know and they are out of ideas also
rear o2 sensor had wires exposed for a while can the o2 circuit get damaged by exposed wires? I do get slow response code for front sensor once in a while even though its a brand new NTK sensor the correct part number not the older style. and I also get code for rear sensor heater circuit at the same time as the other code.

but once I clear them they are gone for about 3-4 months.

I even disconnected the rear one for few days and problem didn't go away

so:
can faulty alternator cause this? voltage seems to be good as far as I can tell from scangauge
is throttle tip in a circuit in the ecu or is it only in software part of the fuel maps.
both front and rear o2 sensors are good also from scan gauge.

If you're logging throttle are you sure it's actually reading a throttle increase? If the TPS is bad or going bad it won't do any tip-in fuel correction and you'll get a bog.

tps seems to be working.
I replaced the distributor 4 days ago and that seemed to solve the problem. (for now)

not sure what was wrong with the original dizzy everything was new and within specs when measured...
