hondata s200 problem code

hondata s200 problem code
got a s200w/boost and im stuck in "Limp Home Mode". hondata.com says im having trobble accessing the ROM and that i need. Possible causes for this problem:
• ROM inserted the wrong way around.
• Incorrect ROM for the ECU
• Jumper J1 not installed or incorrect value
• Bad solder connection to the socket or latch IC (especially with surface mount latch ICs)
1st problem isnt an issue.
I need to know how to check each one of these possable problems. thanks andy
