HELP with obd2a spoon

my friend gave me this ecu obd2a with spoon chip ... but i want to know it is some fake spoon chip or original ? what is it please

Looks like a knock-off to me; doesn't look quite like the typeface they use in their logo. Also, I don't think Spoon made chips for OBD2...
