H22 Compression problems?
I have a 2001 Prelude, h22a4. My car isnt running right. I was running and meant to grab 4th and put it in 2nd
.. what could that damage??
I did a compression test and the numbers were, 175 170 150 165. What could this be from and how can i fix this problem.. thanx

bent valves and/or your oil pump took a crap, i did the same thing to my h22 twice, more than likely bent valves thats what happened the first time.

no, but you might as well convert to a manual timing belt tensioner, ditch the balance shaft belt, and change the timing belt and water pump while your in there.
i actually had a loud squeal on my h22 in the higher rpms finally i took the timing belt cover off and found out the tensioner spring for the balance shaft pulley was gone
