i have a 94 civic dx coupe and i bought it as a shell, and bought a 95 gsr for it. hooked up all my wires, hoses, grounds, ect and when i go to start the car it wants to start but it just wont turn over, so i checked the dizzy bought new ignitor and coil, still didnt work. so i thought it was a wire issue, i switched out the whole dash harness and still the same thing. i took out the spark plugs and there was no gas on them and wernt getting spark can anyone help me please!!??

 

there is a ground wire that attaches to the tstat housing (10mm bolt), it makes the ground for the fuel pump, check it

 

the fuel pump turns on tho, i can hear it and i can smell gas but the spark plugs dont get gas

 

check fuses

 

all brand new fuses and i checked them again to see if any blew and all of them are perfect
