Default F20B swap help!

Hey I did an F20b swap in my 99 civic hatch, first swap I've ever done but had a few buddies help me along the way. Anyways its getting its fuel but no fire, sparkplugs not firing when i test them. When I took the cap off there was a little bit of oil in there which im assuming is from a bad seal? I have never had to mess with distributors before but i did research and tested different points there was no spark at the coil so I put one off an h22 (same numbers on both, looked identical) and still nothing. I know this may seem vague or like a stupid question but I don't know what else to do and have spent so much along the way it would be cool if i didn't have to buy a whole new distributor especially if that might not even work, I know theres some smart people out there with experience, any help at all would be greatly appreciated really wanna get this thing kicking again, thanks
