Engine Sputters, headlights flickering while driving?
couple weeks ago my crx (b16 swap) was running fine no codes, in the past few weeks I noticed my RPM needle would sometimes stop working, then my engine was starting to sputter, I can barely reach 80mph even at full throttle on the hwy, and earlier I was driving and my headlights were flickering like strobe lights on the freeway, my radio shut off, and I noticed when i let go of the gas to run idle, the headlights would turn back to normal? What can cause this?
Can I have multiple issues? My ECU is not throwing any codes.

Congratulations, you are about to become the local wiring expert. Take one issue at a time and trace it all the way through the harness to the power source, ground, and/or ECU.

aw man I don't look foward to this, I'll just start with wiring I was thinking could be distib, but also started noticing my battery dies out and doesn't charge well while I'm driving because it would die on short drives.
It sounds like you have one problem that affects several circuits. There may be an intermittent open circuit, caused by a combination of engine vibration, and the car going over bumps on the highway. This should be fairly easy to figure out, find out what circuits do all of the components that are having problems share, such as ignition switch, common ground, a loose power source from a fuse block. Try to duplicate the problem, with the car parked, rev the engine, lightly shake harnesses, lightly tap on certain components. If you spend, an hour or two looking at a wiring diagram, this will be faster, cheaper, and more accurate than guessing. Look for the grounds in the engine compartment, or anywhere the vehicle has been worked on. Check that the ground bolts are tight, and the correct grounding(not coated or painted)bolts were used. Check your fuse block for loose connections, by gently moving some of the wires. Post what you find, since there probably are other people that are having or will have the same problem.
