does anyone know which ecu will work in my 99ex with a b18b1 and still be obd2?

 

Use an OBD2 P75.

 

Your 99 ex is obd2b. You will need an obd2b p75
Make sure it is obd2b as an obd2a ecu won't plug into your engine harness.

Also remember that OBD2B integra ECUs have immobilizers, you can simply remove the immobilizer but you will be left with a solid CEL for bad ECU which wont pass emissions in several states, you can also have the immobilizer replaced with a dummy unit that will eliminate the CEL. Also remember to repin A16 to A15 for the fuel pump to work, see below:
