ECU revisions....
Just wonder if anyone knows what exactly was revised on older ecu's...
Example,
P2E-C01 compared to P2E-C03?
Both are OBD2a, but there are 3 different revision for both auto and manual..
Only reason I ask is because I have an American 97 civic hatch with a P2E-A01 which I have taken out and replaced with a P2E-C03 from here in Canada..
I had ELD and idle issues... All is great now. runs perfect. The CAN ECUs don't run an ELD, so It out of the system.
Still wonder what was revised in those ECUs between 96-98...
The US car runs great on the CAN ECU...
Hell, it was just built down the road in Alliston, and its made it back home!
