ECU question for Hondata prep

ECU question for Hondata prep
I am planning to get Hondata Kpro for my k20a3 this week. The tuner at the local shop said It'll take a couple days for the install.
So with that said, I can't go a couple days without my car. It's my daily and I work for a living. I have an ECU from a K24a4 (RAA) and was curious if it would work with my k20a3 for a couple days?
my reasoning behind thinking it might is simple.. Same generation. My k20 is '02 and my k24 is an '04 and they use the same type of Vtec. I've searched and searched for an answer and haven't had any luck. If someone has covered this topic, I seriously apologize for the redundant post then.
