Default ECU Help....RPMs not working!!

Ok well I am running a JUN P73 (OBD2) ecu and suddenly my RPM gauge is not reading anything. I hooked up the stock ecu and the rpm gauge works perfectly...therefore the problem lies within the ECU. I also tried hooking up a new wiring harness to see if maybe there was a faulty wire or something but with no avail. So now my question is, would this be reparable? I have never tinkered with ECU's before....so is this something that can be fixed?

Thanks!
