First off let me say I know this question has probably been asked before, but I couldn't find a solution on any of the forums.

So I have an ECU that I believe attaches to the OBD2 Port, the problem is i can't find it. I found the diagnostics port and I looked at the wiring harness too. Does anyone know where the port is or do I need an adapter?

I'm trying to figure out where my ECU plugs in at.

 

What Honda are we talking about here?

Most of the Honda ECUs are located at the top of the passenger side foot well just before the vertical part of the firewall. It is mounted to a bracket that is bolted to the floor under the carpet.

 

the real question though is why do you want to know where the ecu is? it sounds like you want to install an ecu in your car that is not the correct ecu?
