So i developed a idle issue. My car (93 civic ex d16a/z6 head) has developed an idle issue when cold. when I start it it starts right up and idles perfect then as soon as i give it gas and after the throttle snaps shut it idles really low like its about to stall but dose not. and surges for about 20 seconds then idles fine it does this every time i stop when car is cold until its close to or is warmed up then it runs great. Any body know my issue?
