Does anyone know of a shop/person who can bench test an ECU. I picked up an old Hondata P28 obd2b and would like to see if it works. I am in the So. Cal. area but can ship if necessary. I haven't reached out to Hondata yet to see if there is anything they can do but I know that they have been slammed lately and they stopped selling these years ago.
There isn't anything special about it. It's a standard obd1 ecu with a built in adapter harness basically.
I can fix those. I've fixed power issues, chip issues, whatever. I can probably tell you what you need to do to fix it based on what it does or doesn't do as well.

There was briefly a thing. It was still a typical obd1 ecu with an S300 but had a pcb header board that basically was a built in jumper harness. Good idea, honestly, 100x better than an adapter harness.
