i got a 1992 honda civic sedan dx, and the engine aint as gud as others so i was wondering if i shud do a rebuild or go with a b16 engine or what? ive herd a b16 is better. i want a daily driver but wanna mod it up a little bit like a turbo at the most......what shud i do?

 

B18 FTW. Torque at 3k and plenty of potential for turbo.

And the biggest 3rd. How deep the Pocket is??????

 

Turbo and tune your D15. Did bone stock d15b with ebay kit and made 250whp/200 tq. Lots of fun and should last a few years at that level.

Otherwise swap in an B18b (LS) and boost that just the same. Both are very reliable, cheap, and can be found in any junkyard when you need parts quickly.
