i posted a topic in the honda forum but didnt get any answers, perhaps here?? im gonna be getting a CTR swap from Hmotorsonline, complete swap. my car is just a shell after purchasing it back as theft recovery. i would love to put the car back together as ive had it since new in 00 ((2000 civic si, red)). my primary concern is the ecu that comes with the CTR swap. im not sure if it is allowable? to have in Cal. and it will be able to be emission tested. if it wont, is there a way i can chip, or reprogram it to make it Cal legal? any help would be appreciated thanks.

 

im pretty sure ctr motors are not street legal
