what is need to street tune your turboed car with crome??? chipped ecu, a/f gauge, boost gauge, crome pro???

I would suggest using something besides crome. I.e. Hondata s300, eCtune, Neptune RTP

To answer your original question:
Wideband oxygen sensor controller (gauge is always nice too)
Chipped/socketed ecu
Romulator
Datalogging cable
Crome Pro license

You could theoretically get away with using the base version of crome, a wideband & a chip burner like the olden days lol.
