That's NOT a P75 as P72/P75s are 1980 boards and that's an 11F0. OEM label says it's a P06-A02 and it looks to have been converted to P28 specs. To be absolutely sure which ECU it is, remove the s300 and post the large number on the main processor (the largest chip).

 

yup, that's a p06 not a p75, and yes it does appear to be converted to vtec
