Default code 61 '00 civic si

what would cause voltage spikes or dips? If I reset the cel it goes for a day or two then comes back. I replaced the o2 sensor hoping that would resolve it but it didnt. Any ideas oe help is greatly appreciated

thanks for the idea. But buying a manual is outta reach at the moment. I googled it and it seems an exhaust leak could be the culprit. If not there is a chance it may be the ecu. Thanks for the help hond-tech
