My Honda Civic EX year 1997 wont start, it has gas, oil in good condition, wires look fine, the battery is fully charged but it still wont start. the spark plugs should be in good condition as well, they were replaced last year some time around April.
The car was in good running condition, but was then not turned on for a month and was not moved at all. we tried to turn it on, but wouldn't start.
what can be the problem?

 

fuel ? spark ? compression ?

 

it has fuel, we checked the spark and i guess there isnt enough electricity being supplied to spark. the battery is in good condition the wires are good and conected. i dont know what to do, im a noob to all this.

 

its going to be a sensor problem, there isnt enough pwer being supplied to start a spark.

 

so does it spark or no ?
