You can if the Skunk chip is re-programmable. If the chip has a sticker, remove it and see if there is a glass circle in the middle of it or if it is smooth. If it has a circle, you'll need special equipment to erase (UV light) and reprogram it (no Moates). If it's smooth, see if says SST or Amtel.

You can't reprogram that chip without special equipment. You need to buy an SST chip which you can get at www.moates.net, www.xenocron.com or even eBay!

http://www.xenocron.com/eprom-chip-s...gle-p-149.html

The chip is blank so you need Crome and a chip burner like the Moates Burn2:

http://www.xenocron.com/burn2-usb-chip-burner-p-88.html

You can also buy a preprogrammed chip from Xeno or Phearable and not have to deal with burning a chip:

http://www.phearable.net/shoppingcar...emap-p-60.html

http://www.xenocron.com/basemap-chip...tom-p-279.html

Good luck!
