I got a base map for my setup running e85 put it in and I get a check engine light. But there is no code. The car runs but bogs when you give it a little gas. If you let the car warm up its ok. I have not driven the car just started it up. I know I need a tune but just wanted to make sure everything is ok before taking it to the dyno. You guys think its just the tune on it or could it be the ecu. Thanks

 

What Hondata system and how are you checking the code?

 

Its a s100 in a 00 si. Motor is build 2.0 gsr block 13.1 comp. I'm jumping the harness. Lights in but when I jump it light just goes off. I've read bout cutting the j1 conection so ill try that. Hoping its just the tune

 

If it was tuned with Romeditor 4 the service check connector will not work unless the chip was burned using the new beta version of software.

In other words, you need to visit a dealer that has an s200 system and romeditor v4 to troubleshoot the situation.
