Default Changing injectors

So, if my stock ECU is set for my stock injectors (240 cc flow rate), what is the simplest way to accomodate for a larger (310 cc) injector?

Would I have to program the ECU for just the larger injector? Or do I have to change the duty cycle via a calculation?

For simplicity's sake, let's say the engine is modified with just bolt ons (I/H/E) and I'm just preparing for "bigger" mods down the road.

Thanks.

You need a chipped ecu along with an EMS.
