alright, im driving a 93 eg coupe with a b18b1 swap. my fuel pump wont prime half the time. it really only primes when its really hot outside. it wont prime after it rains, when its cold/cool, or if its humid outside. ive been dealing with this problem for months now. i cant figure out what in the hell is wrong with it. its drving me INSANE! the only thing i can really think it would be is the ECU. its a Denshigiken 37820-P28-A01. this is driving me crazy. please give me some suggestions.

 

The issue is most likely:
1. ECU
2. Main PGMFI relay

 

ive already put a new relay in, so im pretty sure its the ecu.

 

what in the ecu would make it do that?
