My car threw a code 14. Which is a IACV problem. So when tested the wiring and it wasnt reading. We used my civic obd2 harness. and cut and sautered some plugs on. To make the IACV work we had to cut and sauter the plug off the integra harness. But it is a 2 wire plug. and the obd2 iacv was a 3 wire plug. so we had the extra orange wire. that is said to be for an automatic so we didnt use it. But my iacv isnt working and causes the car to surge at 1500rpm. i was thinking about putting the 3 plug back on and getting a iacv off a obd2 b series and seeing if that works. What should i do?
