Default B16a Smoking Randomly?

I just bought a EF with a B16a w/LSD in it. Was pretty happy at first, but when I took it to emissions testing they threw it on a dyno meter and it started smoking at 25mph on the 3rd test...the mechanic says its oil, it looked white to me like seafoam smoke almost. So it failed emissions because of this.

Also, when I take my oil cap off the head, I see smoke coming from within :[

My research has led me to either valve stem seals, rings, or possibly a PCV valve problem..my PCV system seems not to hooked up.

I did a compression test, here are my results:
Cyl 1 183psi Cyl 2 180psi Cyl 3 183psi Cyl 4 180psi

Seems odd to me that compression is good but its smoking.

Can anyone shed some light on this? How hard is it to replace valve guide seals in a b16?

Just found the top right stud to hold my valve cover on has snapped, could this cause oil to lead down into a cylinder somehow or is this impossible? I know it can happen on a D-series.

I bought valve stem seals and a valve cover gasket set as well as ITR LMA's to replace in the head. Never done it before...gonna use air compressor as to not take off the head. Will advise to what happens after this.

Heh, well I started taking the head off (first time doing this). Of course I got 7 of 8 bolts out, 8th stripped...bad. Nothing will work, currently letting a socket sit on it with loads of JB Weld on it...hoping this will work. I am replacing the head gasket, t-belt, tensioner, water pump...needs done anyway. I am hoping somehow this fixes it...but I doubt it. Gonna do valve seals also.

Blahhhh...a nightmare so far!

Took me FOREVER...to get that head bolt out. Finally chiseled it away, head is off now. Headgasket looks ok, no visible issues. Exhaust valves on cylinder 1 are white, all other look normal, could this indicate where the HG went?

Thanks!
