Well you can modify to obd1 or stay obd0 and both offer tuning.
Turboedit and zdyne are the only 2 that still do OBD0 as far as I know, other then custom maps on your ECU.

you can also try xenocron.com and moates.net

im in the middle of dealing with this on my obd0, xenocron doesnt advertise that they will but i talked to a very helpful guy on the phone and for $65 they take your ecu, desolder your chip out, resolder a new zifsocket and give you a chip with a stock basemap.

that gives you a place to start, from there you can either tune from your computer off the car with a chip burner or you can get an "ostrich" or similar system to tune in real time on a dyno (or ghetto *** street tune)

You can stay OBD0, get the ecu chipped or DIY. BRE is a nice program to tune with.

Just contact Xenocron about having him install the chip and a zif socket. They are all programmable. As davidu said, you'll need a chip burner to flash the chip with a new program or the ostrich from moates.net

http://www.xenocron.com/catalog/services.php

The ostrich does not require a laptop to operate, only to upload a new map to it.
