Icon6 Aussie D16Y4. ECU Help!

I have a honda EK1 sedan which has a D16Y4 non-vtec. i've read posts and forums around the web and it sounds like its pretty hard. Hondata would not work because of the obd2 plug it has which is different to typical obd2. swapping P28 or something similar would work but i read that the ECU ignition signals are combined, soo like cylinder 1 and 4 is one signal. i would go standalone but i don't know which to pick . i am planing to swap a Vtec head to it for that extra kw for those hills . and also i may go FI. i would not Engine swap but only if the single cam blows.
