I have b18b block that was shaved and b16a head that was shaved twice.. Do i need to shave dowel pins accordingly or not?

You could always measure the height of it in the block and then in the head. Figure in your HG thickness if you wanna be exact. Trim if needed.

you would have needed a large amount shaved for it to actually require changes to the dowel pins. You will be fine, but if you want a warm and fuzzy measure it out.

Make sure you use the ARP lube with them as well.
