I hope you're using aftermarket sleeves if you've bored out a C5 to 84mm.
Otherwise yes you can use B20 pistons and B18B (LS) or B20 rods and crank. Note that oil squirters will need to be removed, and the OEM girdle/mains/main studs will not work.
