A little research would answer your question more completely but the short answer is no.

Without any machine work... the LONG answer is NO too.

And the yes answer is, WITH machining you can get the crank and caps sorted in the new block. Might require over sized bearings once they are done.

Can you do it without machining? Sure. Best case scenario is you get lucky and it all works. Second-best case scenario is that when you torque down the mains it's so bad you can't even turn the crank over so you stop there and take it to a machine shop, and you're probably out the cost of a set of bearings. Worst case scenario is you torque the mains down and you can still turn it some, then you finish assembling it and spin a bearing right off the bat and ruin the crank and block.

So...should you do it without machining? No way! The proper way to do this would be to have the mismatched block and main caps line bored and honed, then inspected for ID. Have the crank polished and inspected for main journal OD. Then, knowing these two dimensions, you can calculate bearing size based on your desired bearing clearance. Do it the right way and succeed.
