The reason why prob is that the support in between the doors add support to the car and they make the body stiffer which makes the car alittle more twitchy.
Anyone know if a early-mid 90's 4 door japanese drift car in the US exist?

@ 96EJ6LX: Only things that come to mind are Lexus and Infiniti sedans... and maybe the early Toyota Cressidas. But that's about it.
@ DseriesBoy: Most of the other sedans pictured were kept for JDMarket only. Probably why you don't recognize half of them.
@ bigpapabiggness: Yeah, the trick is to find a beater IS300 in the first place. I've found that most people who own original manual ones (non enthusiasts I mean) don't really take the best care of their IS300s. So the few manual ones you can find for sale might be cheap. *shrug*

I test drove a Mark II Tourer V over here and loved it...the roads by me in Japan are too small and the speed limit is too low to enjoy it though...so i didn't buy it, they should def. have brought a car of its caliper to the states though...one can only wish
