btw racer X you misunderstand a stall from stalling the engine...

A stall is when the wings aren't getting enough air to put lift on the plane. This causes the plane to drop like a brick. You have to try to pull out of it. People do it in puropse as well for tricks or to learn how to do it... and everytime you do,, there is that risk that the plane wont recover...

your talking to a guy who went to ground school (couldn't afford the air time at the time) has a cousin that flies profesionally and also designed planes for mcdonnald duglas. I have been in a forced stall a few times, Bill liked to do Hammer head manuvers a lot, scary **** the first couple of times..

No I didn't misunderstand you. Stalling of plane is when your trying punch a hole in the sky but your engine doesn't have enough power to keep the air flowing over your wings. Then you drop like a rock. I've been with my friend thats done it plenty of times and always recovers. And if your scared of dying my friend would just tell you, your too ugly to live forever. Also I have quite a few friends that fly. Atleast 2 in airforce and 3 in the navy, 3 that just fly for fun and I have friend that works for Boeing with his mom and dad which basically design planes and rockets. His mom help designe the patroit missle and is designing the new NA missle defense sys that was recently put on hold since Bush is still in talks with the Russians.
Also I've study quite abit as for along time I wanted to fly for the Navy but couldn't because my vision was not the best. But besides that I could have went straight into flight school if not for my eyesight. Actually if I had not started my business I would be right now enrolled in Navy Officer training school in FL. and then trying out for Navy Seals because I would like to be among the elite since I can't with a jet.

i WAS going to be a pilot till puberty hit... Then I shot up to 6'3" and well, I dont fit too well in an F-18 anymore..

and yes, my cousin did it a lot with me in the plane... there was always that risk.. he knew it, I knew it... still did it..

I just wanted to point out that a move like that is still risky.. A stall in the plane is still risky...
