Default When does axle problem start accuring?

At what point do you guys seem to start having axle problems with (street) turbo hondas?......prefer turbo b18c in eg civic. Im really looking for past problems that ppl have had at the track.(drag racing)

ex:
Power
Differential
Slick size
Launch rpm
Etc....

Well i havnt driven the boosted eg, but on my lude i started to have axle problems right after i changed to a really aggressive clutch/ flywheel setup. All my axles broke shifting from 1-2 hard though.

With an LSD, and a suspension setup that doesn't wheel hop...on slicks, you can take stock axles very very far. Make it the last thing you upgrade...

i dont run boost but ill tell u the biggest difference in failure of axles. it has to do with the weight of the car. 01 i went through 3 axles and a LSD in my 2500lb coupe and that was on drag radials. 02 brought me 1 failed axle in my 2000lb hatch on slicks. so far 03 has brought me none but im launching at 8K and the car weighs around 1700lbs now.

huh thats funny, I just broke my first tonight. My car weighs 1990 lbs, makes about 210 to the wheels. I made two time runs tonight and everything was normal except I had a slight vibration at the top end of the track. I chalked it up to flat spotted tires since the car had been on the trailer in the blistering sun for two days. (black open trailer) but in first round of elim I broke the left on the launch. It broke near the inner joint about 2.5 inches down the shaft. The car never even flinched from the line, Im guessing it had been breaking or was twisting before and couldnt handle the load. Now Im not sure if I should buy beefy or semi beefy axles to keep the weakest point the axles. A little of your guys' experience could help out here.
