I used to launch at 7000rpms and 7200rpms, This was with a B16A that made 321whp and 276 ft-lb torque got consistent low 1.7s and once a 1.67 60', I know jinxproof was launching at 8k rpms on some 25x8.7x13s M&H also. Good luck.

like boostfed said, try between 7000-7500 playing with tire pressure between 6.5 lbs and 8.5 lbs. depends on the track, your clutch, and your driving. slip the clutch alittle, don't dump it.

seems like 24.5/8.5 is over kill for a car making only 324hp, even if you launch high, im sure youll get some crucial bog before that boost spools in.

NOPE never bogged a bit, the 22's were too small would have to go into 5th gear and would shred through 1st and 2nd gear. The 24.5s were definately helpful when I switched to them. IMO

The M&H Slicks look GOOD on the car, the car looks like its going faaaaaaaast just setting their. John@M&H O NICE RIDE One more thing you need to put the stickers on the right and the left side corner of the windows. Black and yellow look sweet on the car.

a few years ago i was running about 360 hp and 275 tq to the wheels with stock oem gsr axles. ran 100's of passes lasting an enitre year without breaking 1 axle. 24.5 slicks @ between 6.5 - 8.0 lbs of air. clutchmasters stage 4 and quaiffe. do not be scared.
i would never tell someone on here to do something i haven't done myself.

Re: (jinxproof99)
I ran last friday with 20 psi 20.0x8.0x14 MT and was launching at 5000 - 5600 and a 1.9 60ft, it came out of the whole like a freek, play with the RPM and psi, do a couple of runs and change the set up a little to see what's a better 60ft time. GL have fun.
