this is correct. i worked for paypal for 2+ years and i currently work for etrade. trust me when i say this paypal is not the way to go for international orders. not only are you not covered (they only cover verified addresses and the only place you can get a verified address is the US and parts of Canada and the UK. verification is done thru CC address verification system - which can only be done in the US and parts of Canada and the UK), but you also pay credit card receiving fees.
if you do a bank to bank wire transfer itll be in 3 business days tops (if it takes longer for your country then tel them to step it up
). you can also do western union wire which is available within the day
