Nice power and and very simple setup with tons tq . I too have been wanting to switch to the 6262 on my h22 . Good stuff , now upgrade the fuel lines and valvetrain and see what it will do ....... wrong forum tho ...

Nice numbers, but the waviness at the top of the graph makes me think something is going on with the valves/valvetrain perhaps...keep an eye on that.
You should REALLY have springs/retainers because of the amount of boost you are running. Seat pressure isnt all that high on the stock springs...
Get a 68mm throttle body, port the intake manifold, get some PRO 1 cams, springs and retainers and you'll make the same horsepower at way less boost and be able to rev to ~9000

Yes the wavyness up top is exactly from that...
B20luda my engine builder also ran stock H22 Head, cams and valvetrain and made 604hp I believe, meth inj. However valve springs and retainers are a must for insurance, valve float and the reduce risk of serious carnage....
68mm is a must for flow Performance Products makes a good one for cheap. I would invest in either Euro R or Skunk2 manifold for the better flow.

If your TPS is changing up top...then that waviness is from Ignition Adjustments adding/subtracting timing. Get that ish fixed ASAP!

Re: visited the dyno today
hey chris do you know why the tps would drop off up top for no reason.
we checked to make sure that the tps was recieving a full 5v during a pull and it was. we even ran a new wire for the signal wire that runs back to the ecu. i have never seen a tps do that before.

Re: visited the dyno today
stock throttle body and stock tps. we checked it and the voltage is correct.
it was reading correctly all the way up until a little over 6k rpm's and it was the same every time.

Re: visited the dyno today
.81 ar.
datalog doesnt disconnect, thats how i know that throttle position goes down. you can watch the data log and for no reason right at about 6200 the tps drops to about 70% and stays that way and then i think it starts to go back up but then the run is over.
i am going to add a ground to it and try that.
also in hondata you can change the value to where anything over say 60% would be full throttle but for some reason my tuner said it didnt like that.

Re: visited the dyno today
sorry man i dont want to sound like a dick, but there are too many variables that could change between our setups which would cause your car to run like **** with my pump gas tune. also its not fair to me or my tuner. its costing him business and i had to pay a lot of money for these tunes. if you are building a similar motor to mine you have a lot of money in it, and its not worth the risk get it TUNED.
you should be able to expect right at 500whp on pump. thats what mine did.
