High compression and nitrous do work together, but most high compression Honda pistons have the wrong design. A domed piston isn't ideal for nitrous, it forces too much of the pressure directly onto the rings and ringlins and causes failure. Your better off getting a nice flattop piston with a little lower compression and adding a little extra nitrous than using a domed piston.
