Running the TWM ITB's with 440cc injectors, with Hondata. At wide open throttle, it shuts down. Inputs will be greatly appreciated.

 

ANY IDEAS, LIKE FUEL SPARK OR REV LIMITER ON WHAT. HOW IS YOUR MAP SENSOR WORKING?

 

Rev limit is set at 10000 rpm. As for the MAP Sensor, we are running it on a vacuum canister.
I noticed on your signature that you are running the TWM ITB's on your H22. How did you wire your TPS? What Management System are you using?

you probably have your tps wired wrong. check that over

 

I did the wiring as per instructions. Same result. And then, I reversed the two outer wires, same result. The voltage at wide open throttle is 6.9 volts but the Honda specs is at 4.4 to 4.85 WOT. Is it possible that the TWM TPS is not compatible with Hondata?

you probably have the wrong tps i had the same problem with mines and the problems was the tps cause it was opening the opposite way.

 

Middle wire = signal (red/white)
Right wire = 5v (Yellow)
Left wire = Ground (Blue white)

 

the tps is off a ford i beleive for the twm's. just use the one that they give you it works fine..
