im big on security, so much that i regularly break apart locks i get my hands on to see how secure they are. Those master locks take about 10 seconds to get through; quietly at that. Im also weary for that matter with any locks that have a brass "unpinned" cylinder. I stick to stuff with hardened steel pins within the cylinder so to prevent drilling (ie; medeco.) Even with the medeco's there is still a way though! lol Abus padlocks are pretty impossible to get through as well...
Obviously this cannot prevent the thief who plans on taking the whole trailor, but it will stop your amatuers.

nobody cared about the wheel boot when someone brought it up but I think 1 or 2 on the truck and the trailer would be a great way too.
I would feel sorry for anybody with an open trailer tough, that's just saying come and break my windows and take my car.

When we go to 2 day events we stay up all night atleast one of us and keep an eye on the car.

Good for keeping the car/trailer safe. Bad for reaction times the next day.

Those MasterLock ball-locks are totally junk.
I have a slide-fit lock that engages inside the ball-receiver, and a wheel lock for one of the wheels on the trailer. Never think twice about it

leave your truck hooked to it and have a friend drive with you. thats what i did at MIR, and at atco, i had friends staying overnight at the track and they babysat my stuff. he hee.
if not that, this is my backup plan with a padlock too. if the pad lock is cut, you still have to hammer the lock past the lip on the tongue.

he hee seriously though, there is a lip around the tougue ( man that sounds weird ) but yeah there is a pad lock on the tongue, and that master lock and that bar cant pass the lip on the trailer. so there will be some hammering involved. plus my trailer is really squeaky. i will hear it. my bedroom winder is next to it.
