Nice runs to both of you guys. Hot rod used to be my favorite class.
You said the car was popping uptop, do you think it could have been a tune issue causing backfiring and that could have caused the wastegate on the charge pipe to break?

thanks everyone, once again ! we got to get people motivated to come out and join us !
i dont think it was poping because of a tune issue, it pop'd once or twice, it wasnt like it was just completly misfiring. im not sure why it pop'd, unless that was the sound it made when the wg weld cracked on the charge pipe. it seemed a ton slower after the initial pop, so im assuming that is what it was. the plugs looked fine after we pulled them out. i wish i had a log from the run
i just put the mag belt back on yesterday, and it fired up/ran seemingly fine. whenever it stops raining here, im going to the track again.
