too much or to low?

will too much tire pressure or too low pressure cause wheel hop?

too much air will not grip will and might caus hops, less air will help on grip but can alos cause wheel hop depending on how you launch.. this is from experirance

i had my street tire at 15psi launch at 4500 rpm from my sohc and it grabbed nice after all the traction picked up
