common sense, to put slips on a race....first u must be able to beat the opponent.....to beat that car he would have to already have a 10 sec. car.....therefore he would not need to win one.....ok.....im done

you need a very deep pocket.

 

How reliable does the car have to be?? I think i can get u a 10sec car for about 4-5k. Just get the full-race turbo kit with the t3/t67 or a precision sc61. some bogarts and some 25in slicks. Get some 1000cc injector and big fuel pump and a chipped ecu. Boost about 28-30lbs and u might last one race. Don't bother trying to tune it because i don't think it would last for that.

Maybe you should try doing this. You might be able to get out of the 14's.

1. stock b18c1 motor - $3000
2. double headgasket (to lower compression) - $80
3. a nice turbo kit (ie: full race) - $3800
4. AEM EMS (w/ good tunning) - $1200
5. 3-inch exhaust w/ 3-inch downpipe - $700
6. 800cc injectors or bigger - $400
7. good suspencion - ?
8. Mickey Thompson bubble gum - ?
9. roll cage (gotta abey the rules) - ?
10. Good Driver - Priceless

this setup has been proven by a couple of members and some friends of mine.

a Supra wit a 2JZ, alotta NOS and a MOTEC system exhaust.

 

Depends on the car.

With a honda, I think if you get a mugen chip and exhaust that should do it.

a v6 all motor will get u in the 10's and deep into the 9's. Go get the accord, Cl, or TL motors....high compresion, and a gutted car. 28' slicks and custom cams, pistons, rods, and ITB's or CARBS!!!! lol.....
