That is a much needed setup to make it easy on people. Looks great!
I bought that shifter when it came out because it was shiny LOL.

Thread jacker.... No good ones in my opinion.
Any movement in the engine can cause the shifter to be pulled out of gear. That can be catastrophic.

You know, I was thinking that same exact thing when I was reading the original post.
Looks awesome tony, want to make one for my Subaru??? I'm a little worried about shifting the straight cut dog set, and was thinking about some sort of shifter setup that would aid in this.

I'm not Tony, but the answer is yes. They still do make the pistol grip and even one with a button on top.
Summit has them for $75....
