Default Solid rear mount

Anyone run a solid rear motor mount? My motor moves around alot with hasport mounts so I'm thinking either solid rear mount or get a metal insert made for the hasport, just wanted to see what others have done.

chad (underpressure02) made all his own mounts, I can only find pics of the two side mounts, but the motor does not move.

It actually does not vibrate that much. I run solid mounts in my daily driver and it is not that bad. Dturbocivic also has solid mounts that is where I got my idea to make them. His look a lot nicer then mine since I was just learning how to weld when I made mine.

you are better off getting the 2 lower torque mounts solid. i belive avid racing makes billet ones, or if you know a machinest, or maybe have an hour or 2 of free time, you could build your own.

haha, its not that bad, but its worse than a set of hasports or something of that nature. my mirror used to shake all over the place with those suckers HAHA. on my racecar, thats a differant story. but honestly those solid mounts have no place on a "street" car

Hasport makes a solid insert for the rear mount, actually I think they make them for all of their mounts ... hit'em up

I was running the jimfab lower torque mounts and that was plenty solid. But then again I wasn't making a ton of power

I took the rear stock one welded 2 plates and a piece of pipe to it to make it solid cuz of the hasports made mine motor shake alot.. I hope it does the job..
