Snell M2000

Can you use this motorcycle helmet SNELL M2000 helmet for drag racing?
Does it have to be for Auto..

That helmet will be fine until 1/1/2012 that is when it expires.

I dont think any of the new rules override this, but i could be wrong.

Anyone have new rules on helmets??

for cmi events im told you cant use a motorcycle helmet , it has to be automotive . i dont know about the other sanctions but i could guess nhra is the same.

I had to buy another helmet. SA2000 good for 1/1/2014. Because motorcycle helmet does not have the fire nomex shroud to protect our heads.
