shootout....
When the bumper/traction bar/ catch pan throws off the staging lights , is when that will become an issue and I'm sure the track staff and tech will talk to the driver.
Breaking cert is a different story. I'd imagine it would be just like someone not having their comp license and safety equipment to run faster then 9.99/135. Etown doesnt mess around with that stuff. The first time I'm sure they would get a warning.
This is purely my thought on it, by no means do I know for sure.

I dont think they will DQ anyone after the final unless they had been warned in prior rounds. If that was the first infraction I can bet that they wont bother the person.
He's been counting on that it seems!
I would imagine that would be the case unless the car had a prior history of it. I would hate to see the winning car get DQ'd for breaking cert at the shootout. Miller had better keep sandbaggin cause we all know he'd run 180+ otherwise.
Can someone clarify this so we know for sure? If you would really be DQ'd for doing it in eliminations, then we'll set it up so we can't eclipse the 179 mark.

After all the work I put into this cage, I would be pissed to see someone not dq'd if they break cert. Only problem is, it isn't looking like I'm gonna make it this year, so y'all have at it!
