Default Shifter question.

First, I have a 91 Integra drag car with a B16/S1 transmission combo on nitrous. I know I can get this shifter cheaper, but would this be considered a great choice? I've always used the factory shifter. My factory shifter has tons of slack, and it has a lot of up and down slack. The Acura parts dealer told me I would have to get the entire shift linkage arm such that I couldn't just get the spherical bearing/bushing. Muff that. From what I can tell, the spherical bearing/bushing that the shifter ball sets in is removable after looking at this B&M shifter kit. Here's the link:

One thing I want to know is what the difference is between the one for the 90-93 model and the 94+ model since Jeg's doesn't show separate part#'s for the 90-93 Integra and the 94-01 Integra. Instead, Jeg's only show's it for 90-01 Integra's. WTF?

Here's another pic:

Let me know.

I thought the DA integra's used a cable transmission and the DC tegs used hydro trans. there are several different shifters/bushing setups to be used. or you can go the baller route and call Tony for one of his shifter setups.

Cable clutch activation. Hydro clutch activation. Jeg's has a list of 90-01 Integra for this shifter, but Modacar has one for both the 90-93 and the 94-01 models. WTF?

No. I just happened to look at their site and notice that they have a listing for 90-01 instead of 90-93 and 94-01.

i think the earlier da's have the shifter like the 92-95 civics, with a narrow yoke.
get some ES urethane shifter bushings and use a stock shifter.
