Update. Mine makes 18psi by 4700 on my srt-4. This is the 1.25 housing. Log rod 2.4 with big port head, large cams, e98, and other supporting mods. So far close to 500whp on our mustang Dyno at 18psi. Still gotta play with the cams. Also I have only pulled to 7600. Engine should be good to 8400. I'll probably stay below 8200 on Dyno seeing as 8k is around 170mph. Lol

good work, post some pics of the finished engine bay and the dynochart once you get it dialed in

The big cover was selected since these turbos are meant for drag racing applications. The smaller cover would cause a small loss in airflow rates and compressor efficiency. "theres always a way to make it fit!"

agreed, these are some of the toughest and most durable turbos around. the fact that they have an unbeatable pricetag and still make excellent power is a tough argument

fyi the cast wheels can perform as well or better than the billet FMW wheels, the only difference is a casting costs more to tool up for, and the billet compressor weighs a tiny bit more in exhange for slightly more burst resistance (something our applications do not see). A cast wheel with outstanding blade aero will typically be a benefit because you can weigh less

That's great! We can't wait to get our True Street Car on the dyno and start testing at the track. We also put the s400sx fmw 67mm w/the 1.25 housing

Here's a shot of it. We are putting new end tanks on the intercooler right now. Then off to the dyno she goes.

Here's a pic of our true street car. Picture is with the S372 from last year.

Made 604whp and 490tq at 30psi. Had to stop because drag radial is coming apart. It was going 173mph at 8k in 4th! Lol. Boost sensor broke on Dyno Saturday no boost log on the graph. Car has more in it but with a messed up tire I won't push it. Just will finish tune at track.

Pull is from 3800-8k

Tuned on diablo sport by me.

Haha, thanks man.

Nevermind the ghetto feed line. That was just for the dyno. New line and fitting is on it's way.

That thing hangs way out front! Just like it should.... I kinda wish my AFI frontmount was out that far. Would have made several things much easier.

Nice looking piece FR. I'm sure Palo is going to make the switch or do a lot of testing for you, so I can't wait to see the results.

i've fallen so far behind on my build, smh. but finally pistons should be in this coming week and assembly should begin shortly after. then ill be ordering my turbo. lets see how it goes. its a pretty simple build.
b16 head with supertech valvetrain (inconel exhaust valves)
FIC 2150's
ported victor x
gsr golden eagle sleeved block with LS crank
83mm custom je pistons
manley turbo tuff with +625
brms front mount
ect...
hoping to put down good numbers and be compretitive in the true street / sfwd class.
looking at going with haltech as my engine management choice...

That's awesome! Jason Hunt was telling me about your set up at spring nationals.

I went 156 at 34psi. How much boost and what does your car weigh? My car weighs 2556 with driver. I need to put her on a diet somehow!

Congrats man!
